Our Ranch
We are so proud of our beautiful ranch and our gorgeous cows. Our cattle are our #1 priority and we truly believe that happier cows result in better tasting beef.
How we do things around here:
Our cattle are free to roam the hills and graze on grass from the moment they are born and we are always rotating them to ensure they have the highest quality grass possible in the summer and plenty of hay in the winter.
We provide the best quality calving shelters, clean corrals, pristine pastures and lots of bedding.
There is clean water throughout the farm as well as natural watering areas fed by fresh springs. Our fresh water system runs all year long.
We humanly handle our cattle keeping it as stress-free for them as it is for us.
We have smaller herd size ensuring that every animal gets the attention it deserves.
We use the same butcher every single time to ensure they get the best cut each time and even load and unload the cattle ourselves in order to make it as stress-free as possible.
After butchering we dry-hang them for 21 days resulting in a delicious, dry-aged flavour that you just can’t get from the grocery store. Our process adds more flavour, better taste and better texture.
